HAPPY HAPPY
Super excited for tomorrow, things have been going well for me! I’ve been going to the gym mon,wed,&fridays and tues & thurs i’ve been doing a 4 mile walk at the beach! I LOVE IT so proud of myself. SO FAR i’m down -15 pounds WOO!!! My ass thighs arms everything is super sore. FEEL THE BURN BABY i love it!!

Weight Watchers
After one week i’m proud to say I’ve lost 9 pounds. This year I CANNOT GIVE UP ON MYSELF and I will continue to stick to it. No excuses or else!!!!

My father is doing really well!! he got his stitches out already?? Which is wild to me. But Yup they’re out. He was walking today so i’m really happy about that and his breathing has gotten alot better, he’s still in ICU and will be moved tomorrow into the recovering part of the hospital.!!!! YAYY DADDDDDDY, i can’t wait for him to come home :)

Last night i ended up getting the chills so badly i couldn’t even get of my bed i was shivering like crazyyy i’m so sad!!! did anyone see the shower last night??
